Delete your SportAssign account
You can permanently close your account in the app or request help without signing in. Both paths remove your identifying profile information and deactivate your login.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to SportAssign.
- Open your profile or account settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address on your account. Use the subject “Delete my SportAssign account.” We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

Contact details, uploaded documents, and identifying profile information are removed. Payment, assignment, and audit records that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution remain only in anonymized form, as described in our Privacy Policy.
